Where every dollar is right now. Bank balances refresh on the daily syncs; wallet balances are entered by hand and show who entered them, and when.
Where does this data come from?
- Bank & card balances — live from the accounts via Plaid
- Wallet balances — PrivateTabs and marketplace wallets — from their alert emails or entered by hand (each row shows who/when)
- Inventory & receivables — computed from Skybox tickets on hand and sales awaiting payout
One page answering 'where is every dollar right now?' — cash in banks, money loaded on cards and wallets, money tied up in unsold tickets, and money marketplaces owe but haven't paid yet.
What to do here: Mostly for reading, not working. If a wallet balance looks stale, its timestamp says when it was last updated.
